Sign-in is authenticated securely via official Google OAuth 2.0. We never store passwords or financial data. Users are responsible for maintaining their own Google account security.

All original historical volumes and speeches are curated from official publications (BAWS) of the Dr. Ambedkar Foundation (Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India) and the Government of Maharashtra. Under Section 52(1)(a) of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 (Fair Dealing for educational and research purposes), these works are presented strictly free for public benefit. We claim no ownership over the original historical texts. All intellectual property rights pertaining to the application software code, user interface (UI/UX), and platform architecture are copyrighted by Avichal Global.

Dhamma Pitak operates in strict compliance with Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Safe Harbor intermediary rules). Any unauthorized data scraping, penetration testing, cyber tampering, or distribution of malicious payload is strictly prohibited under Sections 43 and 66 of the IT Act, 2000.
